As part of the Government's Council Tax Benefit reform the City of London is no longer required to issue renewal claim forms. Council Tax Benefit will continue to be paid as long as you qualify. These new rules will mean your benefit will be paid for an indefinite period, unless your circumstances change, without having to reapply.

You may, however, at any time, be sent a postal review or notified of a visit to your home. This will be to ensure that your entitlement remains correct.

Please remember you must still notify the City of London of any changes in your circumstances, which may affect your claim.

Please also ensure that you return any form immediately or you may lose benefit

If you have any queries please contact the Benefits Service (quoting your reference, if you have one) on 020 7332 3937 or by email.
