Power of attorney - applications

The law says that Power of Attorney ‘enables certain legal rights to be conferred on someone allowing them to act for another person. This can be limited to a specified transaction or be granted as a general power. A Power of Attorney lapses when the person granting it becomes mentally incapable of handling their own affairs’.

We do not provide advice or assistance on Powers of Attorney. You should consult a solicitor.
