The City Property Advisory Team (CPAT) is a team of advisors
whose overall aim is to ensure that businesses find and retain
premises in the Square Mile and fringes (EC1-4) most suitable for
their needs.
A point of contact and advice
The team provides a general point of contact
for estate, facility and property managers for issues which the
City Corporation can influence. For example, the team can
advise on key issues such as infrastructure and the local
streetscene.

For those organisations considering moving to
or within the Square Mile, CPAT has a detailed knowledge of
upcoming building developments in the Square Mile and its fringes,
and can provide useful guidance and information to businesses and
their advisors. This service is provided free of charge and
on a strictly confidential basis.
The City Property Advisory Team can:
