Anti-social behaviour has been highlighted by the government as a national priority, with emphasis nationally and locally on the risk, harm and vulnerability of victims, witnesses and repeat vulnerable locations.

Antisocial behaviour is any aggressive, intimidating or destructive activity that damages or destroys another person's quality of life.
