Report a concern

Whistle blowing

Are you concerned ?

Have you heard or witnessed something about the City of London’s activities which you feel could indicate:

  • corruption or fraud
  • mistreatment of clients
  • danger to health and safety
  • damage being caused to the environment
  • misuse of City of London property

If so, then please raise your concerns with us by using our Whistle Blowing facilities. You may ring the Chief Internal Auditor on 020 7332 1277 or Internal Audit’s 24 hour answer phone number, 020 7332 3663, to report the details or contact him by email.

Alternatively, you may complete and submit a downloadable form (see below), detailing your concern. Whichever option you choose, be assured that all concerns will be treated in confidence and every effort will be made not to reveal your identity if you so wish.

For further information and advice on how to express your concerns in a confidential manner, please refer to the links at the side of this page. The City of London will take seriously all expressions of concern and will respond to all such reports with appropriate action, including keeping the informant apprised of how we intend to deal with the matter as well as the outcome of any investigation.

Remember: Your action could be crucial in assisting us to stop or prevent crime and abuse within the City of London.
