Building regulations


Building regulations control provision of services, fittings and equipment in or in connection with buildings as well as about the design and construction of buildings. The requirements are set out in Schedule 1 of the Building Regulations 2000. Guidance on how to meet these requirements can be found within the Approved Documents, which have been produced as a supplement to the regulations.
