What's coming up on Ashtead Common

Saturday 13 September from 10.00am to 4.00pm - Ashtead Common Heritage Event

Our BIG event of the year.  Come and pop into the Ashtead Estate Office, Woodfield Road, throughout the day to celebrate Ashtead Common's Roman Heritage.....

Guided walks up to the Site of the Roman Villa, where archaeologists will be working, will leave the Ashtead Estate Office at 10.00am, 11.00am, 12.00pm, 1.30pm and 2.30pm.  Please ring 01372 279083 or email 

Learn more about Roman Ashtead with a display of finds and a presentation about the 5 year archaeology project on Ashtead Common.  Children can have a go at tile rolling and mosaic making.  Light refreshments will be available throughout the day.
