Following the Department of Planning & Transportation's
temporary move to St Alphage House, Fore Street, and back to
the North Wing, Guildhall, the following services have been
altered and as a consequence some of the files having
been archived:
Ordering copies of permissions: This will take approximately 48
hours from date of receipt. Requests must be made in writing and
accompanied by a cheque.
Ordering plan files: These are located off site and can take up
to 48 hours to retrieve. They will be ordered as you request them.
Orders taken after 4.00pm will be processed the following working
day. You will be advised when your files are ready for viewing and
they will be held at the office for three days. After that they
will be returned to archives.
We are able to accept credit cards (chip and pin) as an
alternative payment method in addition to cheques and cash.
