Household waste - domestic bins

Cleansing Services only provide domestic bins to residents of premises that have approved and designated on-site storage facilities. Bins are usually provided by the landlord of the property and often take the form of large bulk-storage wheeled containers, which are kept in the waste storage chamber.

For the few domestic premises which are not in large residential developments and have no waste storage facilities, on-street, kerbside collections are provided. Domestic bins are not provided where no on-site waste storage facilities exist as the City of London does not allow the storage of waste containers on the highway.

If you have any questions regarding domestic bins please contact Waste Collection Services on 020 7606 3110 extension 2070 or email the team.
