You are eligible if:
- You have a physical or enduring disability which has a
substantial or long term affect on your mobility. An Occupational
Therapy assessment may be necessary.
- You receive Mobility Allowance or the Mobility Component of
Disabled Living Allowance, or
- You are registered with a visual impairment.

How do I apply?
When you apply for a new Disabled Freedom Pass you will first
need to obtain a letter of authorisation from your Local Authority.
If you are a City of London resident you can request this by
speaking to your care manager or occupational therapist, by
contacting Community and Children’s Services or by filling out our
application form.
