Staff are based in the Barbican
Estate Office in Lauderdale Place. They include the Estate
Services Division, the Leasehold Services Division, the
Revenues and Service Charge Division and the Support Service
Division.
There are also staff based on the Estate such as Cleaners,
Estate Concierges, Lobby Concierges and the Garchey (refuse
disposal system) team.
The service charges cover services such as: electricity to
common parts and lifts, lift maintenance, resident staff, cleaners,
estate and lobby concierges, Garchey maintenance, general repairs,
background heating and technical services.

Additionally a management charge is included together with any
project costs.
Car parking can be provided for residents see the standard
charges information for the current cost.
Baggage stores to provide additional storage can be rented see
the standard charges information for the current cost. There is
currently a waiting list.

Out of hours emergency service (Monday to Thursday 5.00pm - 9.15am
and 5.00pm Friday to 9.15am Monday)
The duty on-site engineer will be responsible for providing the
out-of-hours estate management function including attendance at
emergency incidents, lift trappings and dealing with incidents of
nuisance (on-site staff will be available on a shift basis 24-hours
a day, 365 days per year).
