Museum of London entrance The Museum of London is funded jointly by the City of London Corporation and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport.

The Museum tells the story of London from prehistory to the present day and is currently redeveloping its post-Medieval galleries. In addition to its main galleries, the Museum offers a lively programme of events and exhibitions, for all ages, about various aspects of London and its history. For full details of what's on, plus details of opening times and how to get there, visit the Museum of London website.

The Museum of London is part of Museum of London Group. The group also incorporates Museum in Docklands (situated at West India Quay) and Museum of London Archaeology Service and The London Archaeological Archive and Research Centre. For more information please visit the Museum of London group website.
