Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) payments and disputes

The City of London has changed its web systems for parking payments and challenges. The digit with which your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) begins is important as it will be used to ensure your payment or challenge is allocated correctly.

Pay or challenge a PCN starting CL2, CL3, CL5 or CL6

Pay or challenge a PCN starting CL1, CL4, CL7, CL8 or CL9

Unfortunately, our new system does not allow users to make multiple payments. If you are making payment for more than one PCN it is recommended that you send a cheque or pay via our automated phone payment system 0845 0040 374; otherwise you will have to make a single transaction for each notice number. We apologise for this inconvenience and assure you that we are working to rectify this as soon as possible.

We apologise to any user who has experienced problems when trying to make payment. The system was unavailable from 7 to 16 June 2010 and we have held on the PCNs at their current level during this period and for a further 14 days to allow for our delay.

If you need any further information please contact the Parking Ticket Office on 020 7332 3366 or by email to des-pto@cityoflondon.gov.uk.
