Welcome to our online reporting system for accidents, personal injury or damage to personal belongings resulting from highway defects within the City of London.

You can use this facility if you want to report:

  • an accident resulting in damage to your vehicle or property, for example, vehicle damage caused by a pothole in the road;
  • a personal injury suffered as a result of a highway or footway defect, for example an injury caused by a trip hazard or broken pavement;
  • damage to personal belongings, for example damage to clothing.

Do not use this form to report an emergency.

Online accident claims will only be dealt with between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday - Friday.
