here to register. You can report a fault without logging on but you must log on, first, if you want to be able to view
the fault status online in the future.
Online fault reports will only be dealt with between 9.00am
and 5.00pm, Monday - Friday. To report a fault requiring urgent
action, such as a dangerous
structure, outside these hours or on a Saturday, Sunday
or bank holiday, tel 020 7606 3030.
