Processing

Once we have received and approved your application, we will send you a season ticket. This process normally takes about 14 days. We will then pass your details to our car park management contractor (APCOA Parking UK Ltd) who will then be responsible for sending any futures invoices at 13 week intervals. If you do not pay promptly, your season ticket may be automatically withdrawn.

If this happens and you want your season ticket to be reissued you may have to pay an administration charge (currently £15).

If you have any questions concerning use of the car parks please contact the Corporation’s Parking Contracts Section on 020 7332 1548 or by email.
