City Residents' Noise Attitude Survey
The Quiet City Project is a scheme currently being run by the City of London Department for Environmental Services, and has the following primary aim - ‘to protect and enhance the soundscape of quiet areas in the City of London’.

This survey, which only takes a few minutes, forms an integral part of the Quiet City project and upon its completion you will be entered into a free prize draw for £20 M&S vouchers.
The Quiet City project is currently assessing the feasibility of protecting areas of relative tranquillity in the City, and reducing ambient noise levels in certain sensitive areas. Following on from an extensive noise monitoring survey, the next aim of the project is to gauge public opinion on the noise environment. The following survey focuses on people who live in the City of London, and is a part of a wider survey also encompassing City workers, businesses and tourists.

For more information on the Quiet City project, please contact the Environmental Services Pollution Team on 0207 332 1593.
