The Community Health Engagement Worker can help you make a real difference to your health and wellbeing. The project offers a holistic way of thinking about your health and wellbeing, and can link you into a wide range of opportunities in your local area.

  • Keep fit classes, walking group, day trips, healthy cooking classes, parenting skills classes.
