Safer City Partnership logo

The City of London Corporation’s Community Safety Team work in close partnership with the City of London Police in tackling crime and anti-social behaviour, aiming to make it difficult for crime or anti-social behaviour to take place. We work together to reduce crime and reduce the numbers of repeat victims of crime.

The City of London continues to enjoy low levels of crime compared to other areas. This is in large part to the partnership working which has taken place in the City over many years. However, we recognise that we need to work to maintain this position and adapt to a changing and developing City, which brings fresh challenges and requires new responses.

For the coming one to three years we will focus on the crimes, anti-social behaviour and other related problems that affect those who live, work or visit the City of London.

The Safer City Partnership involves representation from the following partners

  • The City of London Corporation
  • The City of London Police
  • London Fire Brigade
