Family and Young People's Information Service (FYi)

The Family and Young People's Information Service (FYi)

FYi is a one stop shop for advice, support and information about services in the City of London for families, young people and children aged 0-20 (up to 25 for young people with disabilities or special needs).

We offer advice on all aspects of:

  • childcare and children's services
  • activities and events for families and young people
  • schools and learning
  • parenting support
  • financial help with childcare costs
  • becoming a childcare worker

Our advice is offered impartially, in confidence and by staff who are qualified to give it. We treat all enquiries with equal care and attention. If we cannot provide the information ourselves, we will quickly signpost you to somebody who can.
