- Jubilee 2012
What is Resident involvement?
Resident involvement is how you, as a City of London tenant or homeowner, can influence what services you receive from us.
You are the best people to tell us what works well and where we can do better.
We encourage participation from all residents, to give feedback, to take opportunities to be consulted with decisions that affect your homes and become actively involved in their local community.
Throughout the year we run a number of consultations, surveys and open meetings to ensure we are allowing all residents to express their views and opinions.
How to get involved in your community
All our estates have a wide range of projects that you can be involved in.
These projects can range from:
- volunteering such as the Good Neighbour Scheme on Golden Lane Estate and Middlesex Street Estate
- attending to coffee meetings
- being a part of the gardening clubs or craft club and many more
To find out what is happening on your estate, please contact your Estate Manager.
Your involvement can make a real difference.
