Residents' meetings

The annual City-wide Residents’ Meeting was held at Guildhall on Monday 8 May. The meeting was hosted by the Chairman of the Policy and Resources Committee, Catherine McGuinness, and offered City residents the opportunity to hear from, and ask questions to, elected Members, senior officers from the City of London Police and the City Corporation. A wide range of subjects were covered, including crime and policing, health in the City, licensing, air quality the future of Beech Street Tunnel and repairs and maintenance on the Golden Lane Estate. Over 180 residents were able to attend one of the two sessions that were held during the day.
