The City Business Library is a very adaptable business hub in the heart of the City offering affordable and flexible meeting rooms for hire or just a quiet, free workspace to plan and run your business.

We can accommodate training, seminars, conferences, meetings, networking or drinks receptions. Four rooms are available, all inclusive of free Wi-Fi, use of a laptop, projector and flipchart.

If you are researching your business or already trading, the Library offers over 60 places - with free Wi-Fi - for you to work all day or for just a few hours between meetings. If you need a quiet space to make and receive calls on your mobile, we also have a free telephone room. Please note this is available on a first come, first served basis only.

Walbrook Room: 15 people

​This room holds 15 people theatre style and eight people boardroom style.

The cost is £20 per hour or £100 per day.

Included: free Wi-Fi and the use of a laptop, projector and flipchart.

Whittington Room: 25 people

​​This room holds 25 people theatre style and 12 people boardroom style.

The cost is £30 per hour or £150 per day.

Included: free Wi-Fi and the use of a laptop, projector and flipchart.

IT Room: 8 people

​​This room offers space for eight delegates, with a computer for each person.

The cost is £40 per hour or £200 per day.

Included: free Wi-Fi and the use of a laptop, projector and flipchart.

Main Library: 70-100 people

​​​This room holds 70-100 guests depending on the layout. Hire is for evening use only.

The cost is £100 per hour, plus security charges.

Included: free Wi-Fi and the use of a laptop, projector, lectern and flipchart.
