Download City SME Supply Chains (2mb)

Square Mile businesses offer a huge potential market for small local businesses and suppliers: ‘City SME supply chains’ looks at supply chains and buying and selling trends between small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) located both in the City and also between firms in the City and those in the City fringe boroughs.

The research also looks at the possible benefits to businesses in different industry sectors of locating among a cluster of small firms in and around the City, and examines common networking practices, both formal and informal.

The report was produced for the City of London by Bone Wells Urbecon in association with London Metropolitan University.

Read a blog post by Bone Wells Urbecon's Abdul Rahim  about some of the key findings of this report.
