Shakespeare’s First Folio - Heritage Gallery

A new free display celebrating the 400th anniversary of the publication of William Shakespeare’s First Folio.

You'll have the opportunity to learn more about:

• The First Folio and a parish register containing the burial of Edmund Shakespeare, William’s nephew
• The Shakespeare deed (one of six undisputed Shakespeare signatures)
• Keats’ copy of Shakespeare which will be open at a Keats sonnet

The City Heritage Gallery is located within Guildhall Art Gallery. We recommend that you book a free general admission ticket to gain entry to the Heritage Gallery.
