Selection process

All applications are reviewed and those candidates shortlisted will be notified and offered an interview.

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to undertake a test(s) which will be designed to test the key requirements for the role.

All candidates will be required to attend a panel interview, lasting up to one hour. During this interview candidate will be asked questions relating to their experiences and the key competencies of the role.

Pre-employment checks (Offer of Employment)

If you are successful at interview we will:

  • Apply for your references
  • Check your right to live and work in the UK and yuor proof of identification
  • Check any declarations you have made on your application form
  • You will be required to complete a medical form to confirm your fitness for work

Some posts may also require us to:

  • Carry out safeguarding checks if you are working with vulnerable people or sensitive data
  • Carry out security clearance checks (as appropriate to the post)

Once these checks have been successfully undertaken we will speak with you to agree your start date and confirm your offer of employment.

Induction

Starting a new job can be a challenging experience. Our aim is to help you settle into the organisation, your new job and team as quickly as possible, so your manager will will ensure that you have an appropriate induction for your new role.
