  • Monday 9am - 4pm
  • Tuesday 9am - 4pm
  • Wednesday 9am - 12.30pm
  • Thursday 9am - 4pm
  • Friday 9am - 12.30pm

You may contact the office by phone Monday to Friday between 9am -5pm. The estate office is closed between 1pm - 2pm for lunch.

Estate surgeries

Shaun Thurston holds estate surgeries on the first Friday of each month from 10am - 1pm.

If you need to make an appointment outside of these times, please contact the Estate Office, where staff will be able to assist you.

Housing benefit surgeries

Residents can see our advisors at the estate office every Tuesday from 10.30am - 12.30pm for help, advice and guidance around Housing Benefit and Universal Credit.

Open meetings (at the Community Centre)

Open meetings are designed for residents to attend and get the latest updates on estate projects and also raise any concerns they wish to discuss. The meetings are held in the Community Centre and they will be on the following dates:

  • Monday 10 July 2017 – 6.30pm
  • Monday 9 October 2017 – 6.30pm

Estate walkabouts

Inspections and estate walkabouts are held on a quarterly basis. All residents are welcome to attend as it is a great opportunity to point out any areas you want to see improved.
