Middlesex Street Estate includes a tower block, comprised of 88 one, and two-bedroom flats situated over 23 floors, and a square comprised of 136 bedsits, one, two-and three-bedroom flats over three floors.

All properties surround a landscaped podium area.

Estate office opening hours

The estate office is located in the Artizan Street Library and Community Centre.

  • Monday 8am - 7pm
  • Tuesday 8am - 4pm
  • Wednesday 8am - 4pm
  • Thursday 8am - 4pm
  • Friday 8am - 4pm

Estate officers may not be present during the later hours but the library staff can advise on any housing issues.

Estate surgeries

Due to the structure of the estate office we do not hold surgeries, however feel free to telephone to make an appointment or pop in and we will see if we are available.

Estate walkabouts

Inspections and estate walkabouts are held on:

  • Friday 23 March, from 10am till 12pm
  • Wednesday 23 May, from 10am till 12pm
  • Wednesday 25 July, from 2pm till 4pm
  • Tuesday 25 September, from 9am till 11am
  • Thursday 29 November, from 10am till 12pm.

All residents are welcome to attend.

Resident Drop-In meetings

Resident Drop-In Meetings are held on:

  • Thursday 15 February 2018, 4pm till 7pm
  • Friday 15 June 2018, 4pm til 7pm
  • Friday 12 October 2018, 4pm til 7pm

They are designed for residents to attend for the latest updates on estate projects and to hear information that may be of use to them.

Guestroom accommodation

The Guestroom Accommodation at Middlesex Street could be the ideal choice for you, located on the 4th floor in Petticoat Square. There is one single and one twin room available.

The current prices are:

  • £35 for the single room
  • £45 for the double room

All bedding and towels will be provided. There will also be tea/coffee facilities. Guests are reminded that there is no WIFI.

There is a £50 refundable deposit which will be returned once the room inspection has been completed.
