  • Collinson Court and Great Suffolk Street, both of which are located in Great Suffolk Street
  • Markstone House and Bazeley House, both are located in Lancaster Street
  • Stopher House in Webber Street
  • Pakeman House in Pocock Street
  • Sumner Buildings in Sumner Street

Estate office opening times

The estate office is located on Pocock Street next to Pakeman House.

Monday 8am - 10am and 2pm - 5pm
Tuesday 8am - 10am and 2pm - 5pm
Wednesday 8am - 10am and 2pm - 5pm
Thursday 8am - 10am and 2pm - 5pm
Friday 8am - 10am and 2pm - 5pm

Sonia Marquis, Estate Manager, holds estate surgeries every Tuesday between 2pm - 4pm.

If you need to make an appointment outside of these times, please contact the Estate Office where staff will be pleased to assist you.

Inspections and estate walkabouts will be held on:

Open Meetings is designed for residents to attend for latest updates on estate projects and any concerns they wish to discuss. Open meetings are held at Blackfriars Settlement:
