William Blake Estate

William Blake Estate is situated between Kennington Road and Hercules Road, just opposite Lambeth North London Underground Station. The Estate has a mixture of architecture ranging from the former mansion flats that line Kennington Road to the larger more modern houses to the south of the small estate. The boundaries of the estate form an enclosed green space with a small children's play area which also creates a peaceful and appreciated environment for all residents to enjoy.

Blake House was built in 1922. Donnelly House and McAuley Close were built in 1981.
The estate also includes:

York House
Lynton Mansions

Estate surgery

We do not hold specific surgeries and instead welcome residents to the Estate Office when we are open where a member of the team can assist. If you wish to arrange an appointment with the Estate Manager please do get in touch.

Estate walkabouts

The Estate Team hold regular walkabouts starting on McAuley Close. These walkabouts provide a great opportunity for residents to discuss cleaning, maintenance and garden issues that may have arisen as well as areas of good practice that we can continue.

Open Meetings

Open Meetings are estate-wide meetings for residents and the Estate Team to discuss the latest news, development and any current issues. We are currently planning dates for our next meeting so keep an eye on our Facebook and Twitter pages or back here for more information soon.
