Tudor Rose Court is a modern sheltered housing development of 35 one and two bedroom flats for over 60's.
The scheme is mixed tenure (16 leasehold and 19 social rented) and is managed by Hanover.
Tudor Rose Court has an active Residents Association.
Flats on all floors are all serviced by a lift, making them fully accessible.
Tudor Rose Court has a communal lounge, dining room, laundry, guest facilities and a well-maintained garden.
An estate manager is on site from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday offering low-level housing-related support where needed.
Outside these hours, all flats are linked to a pull-cord alarm service.
