Reading groups

A pile of books on display

If you enjoy reading why not join one of our reading groups? The groups are informal and are very relaxed with some members attending every meeting and others dropping in when they particularly like the sound of a book.

The groups meet monthly - either at lunchtime or in the evening after work - and are an ideal way to have some fun and lively discussion.

Places are limited so please contact the relevant library if you would like to join.

Read and Relax

Come along to Read and Relax – the antidote to Book Clubs. No preparation is required. Just come along and listen to great stories and share your thoughts over a cuppa.

Each second Thursday of the month, 10am–12noon at the Sir Ralph Perring Community Room, Golden Lane Leisure Centre. Booking is not essential but it would be helpful to know if you are coming so that there are sufficient materials and refreshments.
