Bevis Marks experimental cycle lanes

Date updated: 10/03/2023

The City of London Corporation is introducing experimental cycle lanes in Camomile Street, Bevis Marks, Dukes Place and St Botolph Street with associated loading changes. These changes will improve safety for cyclists on the Bevis Marks corridor and encourage new cyclists on this route.

As part of the experiment the City Corporation will monitor the safety along the corridor, monitor the number of cycling trips and network resilience to assess whether traffic and bus operations are unreasonably impacted.

The documents relating to this are at the end of the page. Send your comments either by post to the address in the Notice or by email to the Policy and Projects Team quoting reference TraffOrder/AC. Regulations require the City Corporation to state that objections must be received within a period of six months starting from 1 March 2023.
