Middlesex Street and Petticoat Lane Market

​The City of London Corporation is working with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to deliver improvements to Petticoat Lane Market, one of London's iconic markets and the adjacent Middlesex Street area.

The costs are shared between LB Tower Hamlets and the City Corporation.

Middlesex Street between Gravel Lane and Harrow Place

The public realm improvements to the west footway outside the Middlesex Street Estate will include paving the footway in Yorkstone, removal of tree planters and replacing these with street trees.

Works are proposed to start in late summer / early autumn.
