Museum of London changes to parking and loading at Smithfield Market

Date updated: 10/08/2023

The City of London Corporation is proposing to provide new loading bays and make changes to the location of some disabled parking bays to facilitate the development of the Museum of London at its new site in Smithfield Market.

There will be no change to the level of disabled persons parking bays in West Smithfield. However, the new loading bays will offset the capacity that has been lost in the vicinity of the Smithfield Market due to the construction works for the Museum of London development.
