Widegate Street experimental traffic order

Date updated: 14/07/2022

The City of London Corporation is introducing an experimental timed road closure on the entire length of Widegate Street starting on 21 July 2022. This is to provide a vehicle free, safer, cleaner environment, which will enhance safety and comfort for pedestrians. The closure will restrict all vehicles (including pedal cycles) from entering Widegate Street Monday-Sunday, between 11.30am-9pm. The documents relating to this are at the end of the page.

More documents are available for public inspection at the Planning Enquiry Desk, North Wing, Guildhall, London, EC2V 7HH during normal office hours on Monday-Fridays.
