Want to report a problem?

If you spot any problems in Epping Forest for example fly tipping, fires, obstructions, please telephone 020 8532 1010 or email the Epping Forest Team.

Lost property

All lost property is kept at our visitor centre at Chingford for a period of three months after being found. If you have lost or found an item, please telephone 020 7332 1911 with details of the item, and the date and location you lost/found the item.

If we're able to confirm that the item you've lost has been handed in, we will contact you and you will be able to collect your item from the Epping Forest Visitor Centre at Chingford.

Note: We will request identification from you. If you send someone else to collect the item, please provide them with a signed letter. We are also able to arrange postal delivery for a fee.

Items left unclaimed will be donated to charity, recycled or disposed of responsibly. All personal data will be removed and securely destroyed.
