Our tennis courts are now open with social distancing arrangements in place. Courts can be booked on ClubSpark. Please do not arrive hoping to play without a booking.

​Where are the tennis courts located?

Queen's Park is home to six tennis courts, suitable for amateurs, juniors and seasoned players alike.

  • Hard-surfaced courts open all year round
  • Qualified LTA coaches and lessons available on enquiry

Opening hours

The tennis courts are open from 8am until 90 minutes before the Park's closure at dusk. Approximate closure times can be found on site.

Please note that the courts may close on short notice for reasons pertaining to maintenance or adverse weather.

How to book

The City of London now offers online booking for all its tennis courts. To book:

  1. Go to our tennis booking site
  2. Select the site you want to book for
  3. Register for a membership
  4. Select a time you want to play
  5. Pay
  6. Play!

Membership and fees

Hourly fees

  • Adults: £9 per hour
  • Concessions: £5.50 per hour


A concession rate is available for under 16s, OAPs, students, unemployed people and disabled people. To be eligible, you will need to show one of the following at the time of play

  • Freedom pass
  • Disabled card
  • Unemployment card
  • Student card
  • Proof that you are under 16

Pay-and-play membership

  • Cost: free
  • 2 court bookings allowed per 7 day period
  • 24-hour advance booking available

Annual membership

  • Cost: £27.50 per year
  • 5 court bookings allowed per 7 day period
  • 72-hour advance booking available
