Opening hours

The park opens at 7am and closes at approximately dusk. See our opening times page or the park gates for precise closing times throughout the year.

In line with current advice from the government on Coronavirus (COVID-19) social distancing, our cafés, toilets, playgrounds and tennis courts will be closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We also ask you to be considerate of each other, help reduce the spread of the virus and take pressure off the NHS by making sure you stay two meters from each other.

Queen's Park is a 12 hectare park managed by the City of London and has been open to the public since 1887. It provides a welcome splash of green to one of the most densely populated parts of London, serving Brent and several surrounding boroughs with modern facilities and also remaining true to the vision of the Park's Victorian founders.

In case of an emergency, always call 999.

Queen's Park refreshments

The Queen's Park café opens at 9am and closes one hour before the park closes every day (except Christmas Day). Call 020 8969 9569 for more information.

Note: Barbecues are not allowed in Queen's Park. In addition to the obvious fire risk, barbecues cause the grass beneath them to die. This makes unsightly bare patches in the turf and these can become colonised by problematic species like thistles.
