City Guides Walk - A Right Royal City

Join City Guides on a guided walking tour through the City of London to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee year of Queen Elizabeth. Discover the trials and tribulations, pomp and celebrations of the kings, queens, princes and princesses who have left their mark on the City of London over the centuries. Tours will start from the City Information Centre and end near the Tower of London.

Jubilee Exhibition - St Paul's, the Monarch & the Changing World

The Jubilee exhibition at St Paul’s Cathedral, St Paul’s, the Monarch and the Changing World, explores the grand ceremonial occasions held at the Cathedral to commemorate the Royal Jubilees of four British monarchs: George III, Victoria, George V and Elizabeth II.  There’s a wealth of material from the archives and treasures from the collection including remarkable, historic vestments for these magnificent occasions.

Superbloom at the Tower of London

Visit the Superbloom at the Tower of London this summer to see the moat flooded with millions of flowers to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty The Queen. Carefully chosen seed mixes have been sown to create a vibrant sea of flowers that will continuously evolve from June to September, changing colours and patterns over the summer. Book your tickets to walk through the transformed space, taking time to slow down and bask in the simple joys of nature.

Royal Jubilee Bells at St James Garlickhythe

Various dates | FREE

St James Garlickhythe church is home to the Royal Jubilee bells. These bells participated in the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee pageant on the River Thames in 2012, before being installed into the church. Additional churches across the City are open on weekdays – many have concerts or recitals. Check individual churches for details. Friends of City Churches put together a list of events and openings every 2 weeks.
