The City of London Distillery is tucked away behind Fleet Street in the historic Bride Lane, an area steeped in distilling history.

Visitors can take a tour of the venue - the first working distillery to open in the City for over 200 years - or book in for a more in-depth masterclass.

Master Distiller & Proprietor Jonathan Clark crafts award-winning artisan gins in two beautiful copper stills framed behind huge glass windows.

The Distillery has a few tours and experiences to choose from:

City of London Distillery Bar (open Mon-Fri 11am-11pm, Sat 4-11pm) - with over 200 different gins from all over the world - plus all sorts of other cocktails, wines and beers. The cafe-bar also serves coffee, tea and delicious snacks - booking recommended.

Distillery tours (£15) - visit the distillery to find out all about distilling artisan gin

Distillery tours with a gin tasting (£25) - evening distillery tour followed by a gin tasting

Make your own bottle of gin in the Gin Lab (£125) - design your own gin recipe and then distill, bottle and label it to take home
