2026-27 Ward List objections

Two objections were received to the inclusion of voters in the final Ward Lists for 2026 – 2027, following the publication of the provisional Ward Lists. Both objections were to the inclusion of electors in the Ward List for the Ward of Castle Baynard, appointed by Cliona O'Tuama Solicitor, Hamilton House, 1 Temple Avenue and Dr Johnson's House Trust, 17 Gough Square.

2025-26 Ward List objections

Seven objections were received to the inclusion of voters in the final Ward Lists for 2025 – 2026, following the publication of the provisional Ward Lists. Six objections were to the inclusion of electors in the Ward List for the Ward of Castle Baynard, appointed by 15 NBS Chambers, Ellis Jones Solicitors LLP, 62 Fleet Street Ltd, Dr Johnson House Trust, Fleet Street Quarter BID and Land Securities. One objection was made to the inclusion of electors in the  Ward List for the Ward of Vintry, appointed by E C Cubed.

 

The letters containing the outcomes of the hearings can be found below. 

 

Fleet Street Quarter BID confirmed following the hearing that its voter registration was made in error as it is impartial and apolitical.
