Shakespeare in Queen's Park
Shakespeare in the Squares are returning to Queen's Park this summer to celebrate their tenth anniversary with a brand‑new production of Love’s Labour’s Lost – Shakespeare’s sparkling comedy of flirtation, foolishness and the irresistible pull of love.
The production is directed by Toby Gordon and will be performed in the beautiful setting of the Quiet Garden at Queen’s Park.
Location
The Quiet Garden is best accessed from Kingswood Avenue, via the gate between Hopefield Avenue and Montrose. The Quiet Garden is wheelchair accessible.

Matinee performance
Starts promptly at 2.30pm
Ends at approximately 4.30pm
Ticket holders are welcome to picnic from 1pm
Evening performance
Starts promptly at 7pm
Ends at approximately 9pm
Ticket holders are welcome to picnic from 5.30pm
Facilities and useful information
- Chairs are provided, but seating is unreserved
- You are very welcome to bring your own picnics and refreshments
- Queen’s Park Café will be open, selling refreshments (card payment only)
- Public toilets will remain open throughout the performances
