If you are unavailable to collect mail or parcels

If you are likely to be unavailable when a delivery arrives you can arrange to have items delivered to the nearest car park box to your flat, or to the lobby if you live in a tower block. This service is at your own risk and the City Corporation cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Please collect deliveries promptly as there is limited storage space available. It's also a good idea to ensure your local Car Park box or your lobby has your contact details. They will let you know if you have a perishable item delivered and also a parcel that you’ve not collected.
