- X Large (H-1.9M x W-2M x L-3M - 61 square feet) - £1,300 per year
- XX Large (H-1.9M x W-2M x L-4M - 86 square feet) - £1,832 per year
For non-residents
- Large (H-1.9M x W-2M x L-2M - 43 square feet) - £1,832 inc VAT per year
- X Large (H-1.9M x W-2M x L-3M - 61 square feet) - £2,600 inc VAT per year
- XX Large (H-1.9M x W-2M x L-4M - 86 square feet) - £3,664 inc VAT per year
*Presently only large stores are available in Bunyan and Breton car parks.
Key Deposit for all stores: £170
The costs are charged quarterly in addition to the service charges.
