Property owners, occupiers and tenants can complete the online incoming occupier form to register for business rates.

Moving out of a property

Property owners, occupiers and tenants wishing to notify a change in circumstances or ownership should complete the online vacating occupier form.

You must quote the account number shown on your current business rates bill.

If your property is not within the City of London boundary we will be unable to help you with your business rate enquiry. You are advised to contact the relevant London Borough directly.
