IPAFFS (Import of products, animals, food and feed system)
You must use IPAFFS for the notification of all controlled products and this must be at least one working day before arrival of the consignment. Either a CHED-P for imports of products of animal origin or a CHED-D for high risk products not of animal origin from non-EU/third countries. The original signed CHED-P or CHED-D must be submitted along with copies of commercial documents and, if applicable, the original health certificates and test reports.
