Massage and special treatments

If you provide massage and/or special treatments (MST) in the City of London, you may need a licence for your premises. Treatments that require a licence include:
• massage
• manicure
• chiropody
• light (such as sun beds)
• electric
• vapour
• other baths
• other similar treatment
You will require a separate registration for acupuncture, tattooing, piercing or electrolysis.
