Developer Engagement Guidance

The Developer Engagement Guidance sets out the City Corporation’s expectations from early planning stages through to completion of development, including the information developers and applicants are expected to provide to demonstrate how the engagement they have undertaken has positively influenced and contributed to the evolution of their development proposals.
