The City of London Corporation wants all communities in the City to be able to contribute to the planning decisions that shape its future. The Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) explains how we consult and involve the public when preparing planning policies and decide planning applications.
Developer Engagement Guidance
The Developer Engagement Guidance sets out the City Corporation’s expectations from early planning stages through to completion of development, including the information developers and applicants are expected to provide to demonstrate how the engagement they have undertaken has positively influenced and contributed to the evolution of their development proposals.
