Highways fault reporting

We only deal with faults in the streets and riverside area in the City of London.
Report a fault by calling 020 7606 3030 or visiting Report a Problem.
Highway faults include;
- Carriageway/pavement damage
- Loose broken paving and kerbs
- Damaged covers (fire hydrant, subway pipe, vent and utility)
- Street lighting
- Lifebelt damaged/missing
- Street furniture defects (bollards, signs, benches etc.)
- Potholes

Pothole repairs are typically addressed promptly, with all reported cases either fully repaired or made safe in the interim. Lane and road closures generally require more time to assess and resolve.
